Tom and Lindsey Winter Wedding

This is it. The first blog post. We are so excited to jump into this next phase with our business and share so much more with our amazing clients!
We’ve gone through some transition this last year and we really aren’t done yet, but at some point I think you have to just jump in and quit trying to make every little thing perfect. Because we all know that nothing is ever quite perfect, right? But, beauty lives in the imperfection…it lives in the unique.
So, here we go!

From the first click of the shutter on Tom and Lindsey’s day I knew that I wanted them to be our first blog post. What better way to start our blog than with a wedding that exemplifies every single reason we love being wedding photographers.

Tom and Lindsey’s story is full of patience, deep love, and selflessness. What started as a wonderful friendship slowly progressed into a deep love for one another.
Every moment of the day was filled with joy as these two knit their lives into one.

Family is what this day was all about. The guests who attended were almost all compiled of family members but the friends who were there felt like family too. We were blessed to feel like we were a part of the family too (disclaimer: we are basically family…Lindsey’s sister is married to my brother and we feel like we’ve been adopted right into the Svenning clan).
Tom’s whole family was together for the first time in many years…his brother, wife, and kids came all the way from China! What a joy to be a part of such an incredible celebration!

Tom and Lindsey, we cannot find the words to truly express our joy for you two. We feel privileged not only to watch your love story unfold, but then to be asked to document this amazing day of celebration-what an honor!
We LOVED your wedding day and we LOVE you two even more. We are so excited to continue celebrating your love story.
